Reservation Terms and Conditions
Data Protection In compliance with Law 15/1999, dated December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, the user agrees that the personal data provided at the time of the reservation will be incorporated into a file owned by SUNQUEST (hereinafter "the Hotel") with a registered address at Calle Barranco 5, Estepona (Málaga). The data will be used for managing the reservation system, processing your request, controlling and managing the relationship with web users who make reservations, and conducting statistical studies on registered users to improve the services provided.
Mandatory Data
All mandatory fields in the forms must be completed to process your requests properly. Personal data will only be disclosed to third parties to comply with legal obligations or with your prior consent. The user expressly consents to the use of the provided banking information to address potential penalties for cancellations or no-shows as outlined in the rate conditions. Processing your reservation necessarily involves this data processing; therefore, it cannot proceed if you object to such processing.
Accuracy of Data
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. The Hotel reserves the right to exclude any user who provides false information from registered services, without prejudice to other actions permitted by law. The user must also have proper authorization to provide third-party data. Only with the consent of future guests may the user include their names in the "Room Distribution" section. This optional information, provided under the user’s sole responsibility, allows the Hotel to deliver better service and requires informing such guests of our Privacy Policy in advance.
Data Processing During Navigation
Under Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, dated July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the Hotel uses cookies. These are small pieces of information transferred to the hard drives of devices connecting to our website. We use session cookies to identify users and maintain their login status. Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of the session. We also use cookies to collect anonymous statistics for analyzing how users interact with our website to improve it.

Hotel Responsibility
Accessing the website does not imply a commercial relationship between the user and the Hotel. If you make an online reservation, you are contracting directly with the Hotel. The printed reservation serves as a reference when arriving at the establishment.
By accepting these terms, the user declares and agrees:
To be of legal age and fully capable of making reservations.
That the provided data is true, complete, and accurate.
To understand and accept the terms outlined on the website.
That their card details are collected solely to guarantee the reservation.
That the prices and reservation conditions are those specified in the selected rate.
Prices:
Prices include VAT and correspond to the selected rate plan. Additional services such as transfers, gratuities, phone calls, laundry, minibar, parking, and others are not included.

Required Documentation
All travelers must have valid personal documentation (ID or passport). Minors under 18 must present written permission signed by their parents or guardians. Failure to meet these requirements releases the Hotel from any responsibility for resulting consequences.
